I’ve seen this new version demoed, and it is a great example of how a small team, working efficiently, can respond to customer demand without spending a ton of money or time. The team stack-ranked customer requests in order of frequency, and then said “how many of these can we fix without performing major surgery?” With a relatively minor fix, they were able to address the vast majority of customer complaints.
