College Boy: The real resistance point that they are hitting, at least locally, is that drilling in that part of Alaska would be a huge job creation machine, so they are all for it, and downplay the unavoidable ecological disaster that it would create.
College Girl: I know…why don’t they just get a job at the mall like everyone else?
College Boy: I know! Totally!

College Boy: So you live in Bend [Oregon]?
College Girl: Yep.
College Boy: I understand they have a very healthy protest counter-culture there.
JRJ: I wouldn’t exactly call them “healthy” (makes discrete exit)
